MANAGING DIRECTOR

Petros Aristidou, BSBA, MPA, CPA, CFE
Petros Aristidou is the founder and managing director of the firm. Petros received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He furthered his studies at the University of Southern Mississippi where he was awarded the Master of Professional Accountancy degree. Petros is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Institute of Internal Auditors of Cyprus, the Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus where he served in the VAT Committee for a term. He specializes in forensic services, international tax planning, as well as advice and administration of EU co-financed projects under the 5th and 6th Framework Project.
